Shipping policy

All items are sent by Royal Mail 24 Tracked unless otherwise stated.

Same day dispatch cut-off time is 1pm (10am on a Saturday).

We dispatch our plants Monday to Saturday (we don't dispatch animals on a Saturday to ensure they don't get stuck in the post for an extra day).

We ship to England, Scotland and Wales. Please note we can't ship plants to Northern Ireland without a phytosanitary inspection. If you would like to enquire about this please contact us.
